Genoa, Marseille, Barcelona, ​​Tunis, Palermo, Rome and back. Since we like driving, we drove to just outside Milan (1000 km / 620 mi) sometime in March, stayed there overnight and were able to spend a few hours looking around Milan the next day.

All in all, a cruise like that is quite nice if you want to get an overview of the cities and escape everyday life for a few days.
