Onward journey to Honolulu, Hawaii

We drop off the car at Alamo in the morning; the process is very straightforward and quick. We are then taken to the airport by shuttle bus.
The rest is standard procedure: checking in luggage (my suitcase already weighs 67 lbs—whatever that means in kg, it’s definitely more than on the outbound flight).

Our flight leaves at 11:30 a.m.—we still have enough time to grab a coffee.
